WHAT'S NEXT
In order to begin this service, we will need to spend 10-20 minutes discussing your interest and concerns, as well as plan design and underwriting. Based on the feedback we receive, we will then do an analysis involving the 10 best A-rated companies to determine which 3-4 major plans would be best suited to your situation. Via E-mail, we will provide the final results of our analysis regarding the policies, product comparisons, premium differences, etc. We will then follow up by phone 3-4 day later, in order to fully explain your options. This format provides you with an individualized analysis specific to your needs and situation. By serving as your Consultant, we will "coach" you through the LTC insurance "maze" in order to provide you with the information and confidence to make an informed decision. At that time we can follow up with any hardcopy information or brochures you require.
LT Care Solutions provides educational seminars on the subject of long-term care. Seminars provide an inviting way of sharing information. When Riverside Hospital provided the Life Care seminars in Towne West, we provided their Long Term Care seminars. The topic title was the Myths vs. The Realities of Long Term Care. We discussed how aging population will affect health care systems, What Medicare, Medicaid, and Insurance do and do not cover, What to look for in an LTC insurance plan and company, and Choices and alternatives to nursing home care. Renee Button with Riverside Hospital reported clients were happy with the seminar. We have been sponsored by many individual companies for their employees as well as Riverside, but also Cessna Credit Union, the Knights of Columbus, the Alzheimer’s Association, Boeing Credit Union, the United Methodist Council, WSU student union, Wichita chapter of public accountants, Kansas Health Care Association (nursing homes and assisted living centers association), Community Bankers Association, the Wichita Independent Business Association and many other organizations.

Kansas State Representative since 1994 with extensive knowledge of Kansas government budgets concerning ageing issues. Brenda has been a licensed Long Term Care Agent since 1996 and is very knowledgeable of where LTC insurance can fill the gaps government will not pay. Brenda first learned of the importance of long-term care protection when her mother required 10 years of help enduring 29 surgeries with 4 ½ years in Brenda's home.

| Before I began my insurance career approximately ten years ago, I worked in the Accounting field for several years. Having a financial and tax background has helped me provide insight to clients regarding their long-care needs. In addition, most of my insurance career was with the Knights of Columbus, which included explaining long-term care needs to its members and the financial and emotional impact on their families. Being with LT Care Solutions enables me to specialize in Medicare and Long-Term Care Insurance, and to also 'have a pulse' on a very complicated and evolving industry.
I did not want to be an agent that dabbled with various insurance products. Instead I wanted to be a long-term care specialist that explained the wide range of choices that are available, and also to have the necessary tools and experience to help clients with their long-term care needs. |
